I also like The curry paste and recipe it comes with that are General Pataks brand. We go for mild. I loved serving it with plain yogurt, Naan and mango chutney! This is just one of those things if you have leftover chicken and the frozen onions that you can have a meal on the table before you can blink an eye!
Yum!Thanks for the book tip!familyfeedingdynamicshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09049399245893420332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1135990113081206879.post-50404999145038969462010-03-31T12:08:04.037-07:002010-03-31T12:08:04.037-07:00Hi Katja, I have been meaning to post a comment si...Hi Katja, I have been meaning to post a comment since I found your blog. I am one of the Ellyn Satter Foundation members. Nice to meet you.
I like this recipe. Thank you. I also mix my own masala. The book 660 curries by Rajhavan Iyer includes some pretty easy recipes for masala. That being said, I would like to try your recipe with a ready to eat sauce. Nice idea.Ineshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11413507353368456961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1135990113081206879.post-62061473416081188822010-03-30T06:28:12.950-07:002010-03-30T06:28:12.950-07:00Thanks Kipper, I agree, but sometimes I don't ...Thanks Kipper, I agree, but sometimes I don't have yogurt around. This is a quick pantry dinner. With frozen chopped onions (see my January 09 post,) leftover chicken it's super quick. What brand of masala do you use?
